Pre-register for end-users
With the Pre-register feature, you can register and post a company card purchase immediately, even before the card transaction has been imported into Expense. This means you can capture your receipt at the time of purchase and let Expense automatically match it to the card transaction once it is received from your bank or card provider.
Why use Book Directly?
Book Directly helps you:
- Register purchases without waiting for the bank transaction.
- Keep receipts organised while the purchase is still fresh.
- Reduce administration and follow-up.
- Complete your expense reporting faster.
How to register a purchase
- Make your purchase using your company card.
- Open the Expense app.
- Take a photo of the receipt or upload it from your device.
- Complete the purchase details and submit the transaction.
- Expense will automatically match the purchase to the incoming card transaction when it is received.
No additional action is required once the transaction has been matched.
Automatic transaction matching
When your bank or card provider delivers the card transaction to Expense, the system automatically matches it with the purchase you have already registered.
This eliminates duplicate work and ensures your expense report remains accurate.
