📊 Details

We can confirm that the incident that affected the Expense platform has now been fully resolved. Performance is stable and the service is working as expected.

👉 Important to know:

  • This was not a security incident, and there was no external impact.

  • The root cause was an unexpected internal I/O error on a server, which led to high CPU load and temporary performance issues.

  • The previously reported issues with receipt matching and the receipt archive are now resolved.

📮 Important information about emailed receipts

If you or your colleagues emailed receipts to kvitto@expense.se last week, these may be missing in Expense or displayed as “sunflowers.”

👉 To ensure these receipts are properly registered, we recommend that you re-send them via email.

👨‍💻 Ongoing work

  • The Support Team is following up with all customers who previously reported issues.

  • The IT Team continues to monitor the servers and analyze logs to ensure everything remains stable.
