Master Account - Group Companies

If you manage multiple companies within the same group, Expense offers a Master Account feature that allows users to switch seamlessly between legal entities directly within the Expense portal. Instead of maintaining separate logins and workflows for each company, authorized users can manage multiple entities from a single account, improving efficiency and simplifying administration across the group.

Verify Your Email Address

To switch between companies, users must verify their email address in each company they need access to.

My > Settings > Verify Email

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address

The user must first verify their email address in every company they need to access.

My > Settings > Verify Email

Step 2 – Assign Company Access

  2. Select the Advanced tab
  3. Add the companies the user should access
