Hemtex, founded in 1973, is one of the Nordic region's leading players in home textiles and home furnishings, with around 130 stores and a thriving e-commerce business. With a strong focus on sustainability, Hemtex offers high-quality home furnishing products under a common brand. The majority of the stores are owned by the Hemtex Group, while some are operated through franchises.

Efficient expense management with Expense

Since 2009, Hemtex has been working with Dicom Expense to manage its expenses. During this time, Hemtex has developed and expanded its use of the Expense platform to simplify and digitize the entire expense process. One of the most significant improvements came when Hemtex chose to implement the card linking service, where card transactions are automatically matched against receipts, posted and approved digitally.

This solution has now been rolled out not only at headquarters, but also in over 100 stores. Previously, store staff had to spend money themselves and manage expenses via the payroll system. By introducing company cards to each store and integrating them with Expense, Hemtex has solved this problem in a smooth and cost-effective way.
