One of the most significant improvements came when Hemtex chose to implement the card linking service, where card transactions are automatically matched against receipts, posted and approved digitally.
This solution has now been rolled out not only at headquarters, but also in over 100 stores. Previously, store staff had to spend money themselves and manage expenses via the payroll system. By introducing company cards to each store and integrating them with Expense, Hemtex has solved this problem in a smooth and cost-effective way.
