Last week, Expense was present at the [Stockholm Business Expo](https://businessexpo.se/), a major gathering for small and medium-sized business owners and managers, held at Kistamässan in Stockholm. The event was a comprehensive fair featuring a full program of speakers, networking opportunities, and much more.

We had the pleasure of engaging with numerous customers, curious visitors, and industry peers, all of whom are increasingly interested in streamlining their expense processes.

Many companies face challenges with manual expense management, overflowing wallets, and excessive administrative tasks. Over 100 stakeholders visited our booth to witness how Expense's intelligent receipt solution captures deductible expenses, applies industry codes, calculates VAT deductions, and ensures accurate bookkeeping placement for all transactions.
